What is a hair spa?

Hair spa is a new concept of rebirth the hair. Where your hair is nourished and conditioned with an ingredient that helps on Damaging and boosting hair, Its basically a procedure that helps to make your hair strong, bouncy and shiny, its also control hair fall and prevent from damaging and split hair problems.  People who feel their hair lacks strength and volume, hair spa is the best solution for building strength and giving a stronger and bouncy look. 
 In the market there are so many products available for spa treatment which is the very costly and also in the Parlor hair spa is very expensive which is not affordable for every month, so don’t worry girls Here is  effective Hair spa remedies and packs with us, when you can do at your home, ideally once a week you can do a spa at home, you can start from age of 15-16, because that is age when dandruff issue and hair fall issue can start. 

How to do a Hair spa treatment at Home?

Before starting the Hair spa Wash your Hair with Mild shampoo it is compulsory to do, which is the help to give the effective result.

Step1- Take coconut Oil for Massage 

Take a Pure Coconut or olive oil which is a help to keep your hair strong, nourish your hair and hair growth, if you have tea tree essential oil you can add on this, or else you can skip, the essential oil is a helping to scale healthy and give moisturize in hair.
   Take one Bowl and Add 2 tablespoon (according to your hair length) of Coconut or olive oil, warm your oil with double boiler process. Add 3-4 drops tea tree oil. Your oil is ready for a Massage.
      Apply the Oil on wet hair, Make sure apply only on your scalp, apply on your whole hair and massage the oil into your scalp from roots to tip for 10 to 15 minutes.  It’s very effective on clean hair, so wash your hair before this treatment.

Step 2. Steam the Hair 

  Next step to take a steam with wet Towel, Dip  Towel in warm water and squeeze it, wrap the damp towel around the hair. Do this for 5 to 6minutes, this allows the oil to penetrate deeply into the scalp.

Step 3 Wash your Hair 

Wash your hair with mild sulfate free shampoo. Make sure Don’t wash your hair with hot or cold water. Wash your hair using lukewarm water. 

Step 4 Apply the Hair mask

 This is a very important and essential step to do, its seals with nourishment. If possible try to make a mask at home.

1. Take a Wow Conditioner (use that conditioner which is No sulfate, No mineral oil, No               parabens, and No silicones & salt),
2. take a one tablespoon Natural aloe vera gel,
3. one tablespoon of Honey,  
4. one tablespoon of Curd Or lemon.

  Mixed it all together and your hair mask cream is ready now.
Apply to on your hair length. Don’t apply on your scalp, you have already applied oil on your scalp, this ingredient will make your help smooth, soft and shiny. if your hair is rough and dry then its help to repair, prevent from spilled hair ends and damages and give a good treatment and texture to your hair. Leave it for 30minuts 

  Step 5  wash your hair

After  Leave it for 30minutes then rinse your hair with mild sulfate free shampoo. Don’t use conditioner after the mask, because that mask will work as a conditioner but if your hair is extremely dry then apply a bit on your hair length.

  Cucumber Mask

1.    One cucumber 
2.    1 tablespoon Curd
3.    1 tablespoon Honey

 Take one cucumber peel it and grate it well add one tablespoon of curd and one tablespoon of honey mix them well all together and your pack is ready to apply. Apply this pack to your hair length from roots tips.
Leave for 25 to 30 minute after half hour rinses your hair with cold or warm water, it’s will give a good shine on your hair, if your hair is frizzy and damaged.
Cucumber has rich contains like vitamin A, C and minerals silica, it is very essential for hair growth and in Curd is the help to nourish and conditioner your hair, it will also help to boost hair growth.

1.    2  Banana
2.     1 tablespoon of Honey
3.    1  tablespoon Aloe vera gel
4.    1 tablespoon Olive oil

Take 2 banana and peel it and Mash it well, Add a tablespoon of Honey, Aloe vera gel, 1table soon olive oil mix it well and make a smooth paste, this mask is ready now, Apply on your hair, leave it for 30minute then wash your hair with warm water and mild shampoo. 
   Banana is rich contains potassium, natural oils, and vitamins which will help you to improve hair texture and make it smooth and Healthy. It will prevent split ends and breakage hair issues. 

Fenugreek Hair mask

1.    1 tablespoon of fenugreek seeds
2.    1 tablespoon curd
3.    1 tablespoon olive oil
   
Soak the fenugreek seeds overnight in water, in morning grind the soaked fenugreek seeds and make a smooth paste, add curd and olive oils in the paste and mixed together. Apply in your hair properly, leave it for 30minute and rinse your hair with warm water and mild shampoo.
  Fenugreek seeds have a good amount in mucilages which prevent hair fall issue, it’s high in protein and nicotine acid content, which will help to hair fall and dandruff problem, it’s a natural remedy for all type of hair, its make your hair thicker and smooth. apply it once in a week you will found the best result
