Before using the cup wash it properly and rinse it with warm water, and also wash your hand properly, seat with your comfortable situation, fold the cup c shape fold as like sawn in the image, insert it in vagina properly and ensure it, in 2use you may feel uncomforting but after that you will get used to it. You will be forgotten that you have a period; you can it keep inside up to 7-8 hours.
For remove, that Push your cup lower in the vagina to help you reach the base with your fingers. When you have removed your cup and empty into the toilet, rinse it properly with warm water and sterilize it before the second use. You need to repeat this processor while each use. After sterilize reinsert it directly. And ready to go.
