MONDAY
Multi-Grain Chapatti or wheat flour chapatti, Vegetable Subjis, Curd and salad it’s a good combination for perfect lunch. Multi-Grain Chapatti is a source of protein and fiber, make sabji with a seasonal vegetable like okra, cauliflower, tomato, and beans
Salad gives a good amount of vitamins and minerals to add tomato cucumber, cabbage, to make it more healthy and colorful sweet you can add pomegranate too.
TUESDAY
Paratha with Curd or Chutney With Corn salad.
The great things of paratha are we can add different vegetables and gives a different flavor in it as per season its monsoon so can make mix vegetable paratha, gobi paratha, Palak paratha, Cheese paratha, Masala Paratha, Alu paratha with cheese give some different twist in it like as per your taste and choice. It's very Healthy and delicious.
The curd is good to go with paratha. Its help to digest your food as well as improve immunity power. The curd is also helpful for healthy and beautiful skin, also help to reduce blood pressure.
If you don’t like to eat Curd with Paratha, there is also option to have different chutney like khajoor, ambli, coconut chutney or garlic chutney as per your choice and taste you have it too.
A salad has must take in lunch, you can make it daily with different vegetable topping in monsoon. to take a salad of boiled corn in your lunch is very healthy to do sprinkle some lemon and salt as per your taste.
WEDNESDAY
Mung,Chhole, Rice, Salad, Beans (Curd Rice)
Wednesday it’s a for beans, there are so many types so beans which anyone you choose which you like to eat but I prefer to suggest Mung beans Rajma beans Chole as well. There is a good content of protein, magnesium, potassium, Zink, fiber and Vitamins B. Keeping the stomach full until evening. And that is also used as a salad to make sprouts seeds, it is very healthy to take in the morning every day.
Beans with Rice is good for energy, also high Nutrition value in rice, help to prevent Constipation. it's good to take rice one time in a week, with curd, curry, beans or Dal.
THURSDAY
Vegetable Franky With Seasonal Fruits
It’s a twist of Chapatti and Vegetable sabji, in that add some sauces and chutney and make a more delicious Frankie together, add Good Seasonable vegetable In Frankie like potato, cabbage, Carrot, Capsicum, onion. If you like to add Paneer you can to make more delicious add Cheese in that and sprinkle some chat masala or Franky masala,
For Frankie chapatti avoid to use maida or all-purpose flour, use multigrain or wheat flour.
And your Frankie is ready.
Make a salad of mixed some seasonal fruits like a grape, Pomegranates, Strawberry, blueberry.
FRIDAY
Vegetable Pulao and Curry
Evergreen Lunch in all Indian foodies, who like to have Pulao in the lunch. There is So many Variety of Pulao which can Make with simple Recipes. Vegetable pulao is all time favorite, Sweet Pulao, Paneer Pulao, and You can make as per choice and make it More delicious.
Curry is Good combination With Pulao, Just like made for each other. To make with sweet curry its make your meal perfect.
SATURDAY
Vegetable Multi-Grain sandwiches
It's week of half day so chhotu meal for the day. Multi-Grain sandwiches. Take some vegetables like cucumber, potato, onion, tomato, bit root, chopped it and make a layer of each vegetable on the Buttery Brown bread and Enjoy with Catch up or Tomato Sauce.
If You like to make a Grill then make it in an oven.
There so Many varieties in sandwiches Like Veg cheese sandwiches, Italian sandwiches and so you can make your sandwiches to put Different Ingredient which you like to have in your meal.
To avoid a leakage problem from your lunch box and save it before it becomes messy I would like to give you some good lunch boxes which are you may like.
